In this section we will be considering the Indigenous and Western perspectives of lifestyle through art by considering the following themes: hunting and gathering, religious and spiritual, and representation in the home. With both the Western and the Indigenous perspectives, we sought to better understand the viewpoint of the Arctic Inuit, across both their environment, and how they lived. Through colorful illustrations, carvings, and photographs, we explored what the focal points of Inuit life are, and how they view the world around them.
