Greater Than The Belief: An Interview with Dr. John Simmons (Ahmir Braxton '25, Fall '23)
This interview was conducted by Ahmir Braxton, Dartmouth class of 2025 with Dr. John F. Simmons, Jr. class of 1965. Braxton and Simmons outline Simmons's upbringing, his transition to the Dartmouth community, life on campus, medical school, and important events that shaped Simmons into the person he is today. Simmons is an accomplished doctor from Oakland, California where he has practiced medicine since graduating from University of Southern California in 1969.
