In this interview, Dr. Bradley and Dr. Lee discuss Dr. Lee’s time at Dartmouth College. He was one of the founding members of the Afro American Society, as well as the first President of the society. The Afro American Society was the first of its kind at Dartmouth College, an organization dedicated to supporting and serving the Black community on campus, which this exhibit honors. It is still active today.

In this interview, Tamonie Brown and Eileen Cave discuss Cave’s experience at Dartmouth College. Being a member of the Class of 1976, she was one of the first women to go to Dartmouth, and served as the first woman to be President of the Afro American Society. This exhibit captures the journey of coeducation and building the Black community at Dartmouth, Cave was a pillar for both.
