Color offset lithograph on cardboard. Poster featuring an illustration with text on the bottom. The illustration depicts two soldiers in green fatigues and helmets firing guns and lying behind sandbags, as more soldiers run up behind them. In the background is a tropical jungle and in front of it is a generator and a crane. Printed at the top of the illustration is black text: "Construction Workers 17 to 50." On the bottom of the illustration is a white box with "Build and fight in the // Navy Seabees" in black and red text. Beneath the box is recruiting information, and the Seabees bee logo--a bee holding a jackhammer and hammers. Printing on the bottom edge is small text: "Order No. 32" and "NAVPERS-NRB-36489--22 June 43--60,000. (3 Lots)".
