What Is Omeka-S?

Omeka-S is a content management system for digital collections and digital exhibits. Omeka-S is similar to website tools such as Wordpress, but it has a greater capacity for hosting collections of digital items and for making connections among different types of digital items. This guide is meant for Dartmouth students who have been assigned a digital exhibit for a course, as well as for faculty who are considering developing digital exhibit assignments.
